Mmmmmmmmmm! My grandma made a summer salad with wedged tomatoes, olive oil, salt, garlic and basil. You can take that salad and toss it with hot pasta and some grated cheese for a smililar fresh, quick summer pasta dish. So good I could cry...

I always make it! (Actually, all my family does.) I suggest you to chop the cheese in cubelets, instead of grating it.
